  DRIVING DIRECTIONS
 

Location

All activities take place at facilities shared with Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church, 6601 Bradley Boulevard, Bethesda, Maryland 20817.

Directions from various points in the metropolitan area

From Potomac: Seven Locks Road. Left on Bradley Blvd. Building on the left just after the light at Fernwood.

From Bethesda: North on River Road. Right on Seven Locks Road. Right on Bradley Blvd. Building on the left just after the light at Fernwood; Or North on Wilson Lane. Left onto Bradley Blvd. Building on the right after the light at Huntington Parkway. (If you get to the light at Fernwood, you've just passed it.)

From Gaithersburg: Route 270 South to the split. Bear right toward Northern Virginia. Take 1st Exit, Democracy Boulevard. Left onto Democracy (away from Montgomery Mall). Go through the 1st light, past the light in front of the fire station on your right to the next traffic light. Turn Right onto Fernwood. Go about 1 mile down the road, through the light at Lone Oak. Turn Left at four-way stop onto Greentree Road. Building is on the right. Or Stay on Fernwood through four-way stop at Greentree to light at Bradley Blvd. Turn Left. Building is on the left.

From the District of Columbia: North on Wisconsin Avenue. Left onto Bradley Boulevard. Go 3 miles, past lights at Wilson Lane and Huntington Parkway. Building is on right before the light at Fernwood Road.

From Virginia:

Option 1: North on 495 (inner loop) across American Legion Bridge. Exit on River Road (before 495/270 split.) Take River Road to Wilson Lane. Left on Wilson Lane to Bradley Blvd. Left on Bradley Blvd. Look for entrance on right just past Hillmeade Road. If you reach Fernwood Road you have come too far.

Option 2: North on 495 (inner loop) across American Legion Bridge. Remain on 495 at split (with 270 going left). Take first exit, Old Georgetown Road. Turn Right (south) toward Bethesda. Stay on Old Georgetown to the 7th light, Greentree Road. Right onto Greentree. Building 1 mile on the left.

From Wheaton/Kensington: South on Connecticut Ave. Right on Strathmore to the light. Left onto Summit. Bear right where it becomes Cedar Lane. Continue on Cedar Ln. across Rockville Pike to the light at Old Georgetown Rd. (You're traveling along the northern perimeter of NIH.) Turn left onto Old Georgetown. The third light is Greentree Rd. (NIH is on your left, the Bethesda Community Store on your right.) Turn right onto Greentree. The building is about a mile down the road on your left, the only thing that isn't a house on that side of the road.

From Silver Spring: Take 495 (outer loop) toward Bethesda. Take the first exit after the 270 split, which is Old Georgetown Road. Turn left (south) toward Bethesda. After the light at Cedar Lane, you will see the NIH campus on your left. The third light is Greentree Rd. Turn right onto Greentree. The building is about a mile down the road on your left, the only thing that isn't a house on that side of the road.

From Rockville: Take Rockville Pike south. Cross over the beltway. At the intersection with Cedar Lane, turn right along the northern perimeter of NIH. Follow the directions as from Wheaton/Kensington. Or take Old Georgetown Road south to Greentree Rd. and turn right.
